I took these photos at Parson's Reserve. The subject of my photos are daffodils and the lighting they reflect back to us.
It is a rare sight to see blossomed and bloomed daffodils and it was the last bit of time I could see them.
The colors and light that daffodils reflect off are beautiful and I really enjoyed composing these pictures and taking on the challenge of rolling clouds in and out and adjusting white balance.
What concept are you trying to portray about this topic? That these rare flowers are beautiful yet plentiful for only a short amount of time, so slow down and take them in.
The story is to show the beauty of these plants and how these plants are all around us for a short period of time once a year yet so many people over look them and don't care about them. This essay shows the beauty and shows how special these plants are.
